What do we do with the remote backing?

– We update the software of your computer
– We update the software of your Race wheel
– We provide support in solving Firmware problems.
– We install drivers and update them.
– We remotely investigate whether your product has a hardware defect. If this is the case, we advise you to contact the manufacturer or seller in case of a warranty.
– Back-up recovery is only possible if you have a cloud (one drive) or an external Harddisk.

Remote support does not guarantee that we will get your product up and running. We will work with you to find a solution to get your product working again.
