We have standard shipping on our products. Some products heavy or large products go by pallet shipment and they have therefore high shippingcosts!
You have the right to return the product within 30 days, the return cost are on your own costs. By defective goods within the EU we cover the return costs. Outside the EU the customere have to return the item on his own cost. We have no posibilitys to create a return label for country’s oudside the EU region.
Your cooling off period is 30 days from the day you received your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return your product. We always recommend keeping the shipping receipt.
We use many payment options. Ideal, paypal, credit card, and even pay in arrears or installments. There are no additional costs associated with the payment provider. iDeal In3 installments you pay without interest via iDeal in3 or Klarna.
When it is physically in stock and the items are small and handy? Then for the Netherlands and Belgium on weekdays before 23:45 hours, ordered follow day at home! For all other countries same day shipping! Transit time takes about 3 to 5 business days for most European countries.
