What are your shipping details?

We charge for shipping based on weight and your country, with costs displayed in the cart and at checkout.

Can I pick up my products?

No, that is not possible. We work with automated logistics and can only ship.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship with the following carriers:

DHL
DHL Pallet (EU only)
UPS (Global)
FedEx (Global)

For orders valued above €1000, we ship with insurance by default using the following carriers:

What is the transit time until I receive my package?

Carriers provide an estimated transit time, but this is an approximation and may vary slightly. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking information!

Orders from the Netherlands or Belgium typically have a 24-hour delivery time once shipped.

What are the shipping times?

The shipping times are indicated on each product page. Most orders placed before 11:45 PM are shipped the same day, with the exception of countries outside Europe or orders shipped via UPS or FedEx. The cut-off time for UPS is 11:00 AM, and for FedEx, it is 2:00 PM CEST.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide, with some exceptions. We offer live shipping rates via UPS or FedEx. If you don't see shipping costs at checkout, it means that UPS or FedEx does not ship to your destination country.

UPS and FedEx may offer shipping to your country in the future.

What are the shipping costs?

You can view the shipping costs on the checkout page after entering your destination address. Here, you will find the total cost, including the price with VAT and/or without VAT if you use an address outside the EU. Please note that you may need to pay VAT and surcharges at customs. What is your return policy?

"We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt.

What is my cooling off period?

Your cooling off period is 30 days from the day you received your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return your product. We always recommend keeping the shipping receipt.

VAT Exempt Purchases B2B (EU):

"Companies with a valid VAT number are eligible for VAT exemption. However, VAT-exempt purchases must be shipped to the company's billing address, which must match the VIES-registered address.

To apply, first register as a B2B customer (here). We will verify your VAT number, and once validated, your account will be updated to reflect 0% VAT.

Non-EU Countries VAT rules:

"Customers with a shipping address outside the EU are exempt from VAT at checkout. However, import duties and local VAT may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees can be conveniently paid through the carrier.

EU Countries VAT Rules:

"As of June 2021, all webshops must apply VAT based on the VAT rate of each EU country. This means our sales prices may vary depending on your destination.

Electric products (Plugs)

We are a European company based in the Netherlands. Please note that electrical products come with a standard EU plug and are designed for the European market. Most products can be used worldwide, but you will need to purchase a power plug adapter for your country. The exception is Asetek products, which come with universal plugs in the packaging.

Do you have a physical store?

No it is not possible to test we have no physical store any more!

What are the payment options?

We use many payment options. Ideal, paypal, credit card, and even pay in arrears or installments. There are no additional costs associated with the payment provider. iDeal In3 installments you pay without interest via iDeal in3 or Klarna.
