The BavarianSimTec Alpha Standard combines a broad GT-style shape with a control layout intended for GT, touring-car and mixed racing. Twelve illuminated pushbuttons, two high-torque thumb encoders, dual funky switches and AdaptiveBeamTec controls give access to frequently used vehicle and menu functions without leaving the wheel.

GT shape and hand-focused ergonomics
The Alpha uses a 295 mm layout with 13-degree slope-cut grips. BavarianSimTec specifies grippy but non-sticky 60A silicone rubber, suitable for use with or without gloves. Precision-machined aluminium and carbon components are used to combine stiffness with a relatively compact steering-wheel structure.
Controls and telemetry feedback
Twelve illuminated tactile pushbuttons sit alongside two high-torque thumb encoders and dual funky switches. AdaptiveBeamTec can show car-specific ABS and traction-control states around supported encoders, while MultiLink changes the thumb-encoder outputs according to the selected centre-switch position. Together, these functions provide more than 80 available inputs.
Standard paddle configuration and software
This SKU is the Standard version with shifter paddles only. The Advanced clutch-paddle configuration is a different variant. PitStopApp supports car-specific RevLight profiles, input configuration, telemetry feedback, themes and firmware functions. A mounting plate, S100 spacer and wheelbase-side quick release are not included unless stated separately.

Requirements: for a SIMAGIC Alpha EVO wheelbase, use the Simagic Third Party Quick Release Adapter. The adapter, wheelbase-side mounting hardware and any required short USB cable are not included unless explicitly stated. Simucube wheelbases are not supported in this tested cross-brand setup.
