A USB push-pull rally shifter with Hall sensing, quick-release mounting and manufacturer-verified support for selected Fanatec, Simucube, SIMAGIC, VRS and OSW wheelbases.
The Sim-Lab Push-Pull Rally Shifter is designed for rally and rallycross driving where sequential shifts are made by pushing and pulling a paddle close to the steering wheel. It connects by USB and uses a Hall sensor for contactless shift detection. Three included arm sets and the quick-release mounting concept allow the paddle position to be adapted around the supported wheelbases listed by Sim-Lab.
Why choose this product?
- The Hall-sensor mechanism provides contactless push-pull input detection for repeatable sequential rally shifting.
- Three arm sets and a quick-release system make it easier to position, install or remove the shifter around officially supported wheelbases.
Product details
Rally-style push-pull control
The shifter keeps the shift paddle close to the wheel so the driver can make sequential gear changes without reaching for a conventional lever. Sim-Lab uses billet aluminium for the main mechanism and a 5 mm carbon-fibre paddle. The paddle position can be adjusted through the supplied arm choices and mounting hardware.
USB connection and Hall sensing
The unit connects to the PC by USB. A Hall sensor detects the push and pull actions without a mechanical contact switch in the sensing path. The official manual documents a calibration procedure using the device's calibration button and repeated push and pull shifts so the two directions can be registered correctly.
Quick-release mounting and supported bases
Sim-Lab lists Fanatec DD1/DD2, Fanatec ClubSport, Fanatec CSL DD and CSL Elite, Simucube Sport and Pro, SIMAGIC Alpha, VRS DirectForce Pro and OSW/SC1 as mounting-compatible wheelbases. The quick-release system is intended to make removal straightforward when the shifter is not needed for a particular car or simulation.
Compatibility
Platform: Manufacturer Verified for PC simulator titles through its USB connection. PlayStation 5 support is not manufacturer-verified and must not be inferred from the connected wheelbase.
Connection and ecosystem: USB to PC. Manufacturer-verified mounting support is published for Fanatec DD1/DD2, Fanatec ClubSport, Fanatec CSL DD/CSL Elite, Simucube Sport/Pro, SIMAGIC Alpha, VRS DirectForce Pro and OSW/SC1.
Requirements: use the supplied mounting hardware and the arm/mount configuration that matches the supported wheelbase. Console compatibility requires separate explicit confirmation and is not established by this product page.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Sim-Lab Push-Pull Rally Shifter work on PS5?
Sim-Lab manufacturer-verifies the shifter for PC simulator titles through USB. PlayStation 5 compatibility is not confirmed in the official product information, so PS5 support should not be assumed from the wheelbase or other connected hardware.
Which Fanatec wheelbases are officially supported?
Sim-Lab lists Fanatec DD1/DD2, Fanatec ClubSport, Fanatec CSL DD and CSL Elite for the supplied mounting system.
Which non-Fanatec wheelbases are listed by Sim-Lab?
The published list also includes Simucube Sport and Pro, SIMAGIC Alpha, VRS DirectForce Pro and OSW/SC1.
What mounting parts are included?
Sim-Lab supplies three arm sets, the required mounting hardware and mounting bracket components for the published installation options, together with the shifter and USB cable.
How is the push-pull input calibrated?
The official manual uses the device's calibration button and repeated push and pull shifts to register both shift directions. Follow the manual after installation or whenever recalibration is required.
