The MOZA SGP Sequential Shifter combines an all-metal mechanism with Hall-sensor detection, adjustable damping and a configurable handle.
Built for rally, touring-car and other sequential-transmission simulations, the SGP provides a dedicated forward-and-back shift action with a fast mechanical return. Aerospace-grade aluminium is combined with high-strength steel in the housing, while a non-contact Hall sensor detects each shift. Two backlit buttons add functions close to the driver's hand without requiring a separate button box.
Why choose this product?
- Adjustable damping and a 64 mm handle-height range let the driver tune effort and reach for the cockpit position.
- The non-contact Hall sensor and all-metal structure support consistent sequential input without a contacting position sensor.
Product details
All-metal sequential mechanism
The SGP housing combines aerospace-grade aluminium alloy with high-strength steel. The lever and supplied knob are also made from aerospace-grade aluminium. The mechanism is intended to reproduce the direct forward-and-back action of a sequential gearbox. The knob uses an M12 × 1.5 thread, allowing replacement with a compatible aftermarket knob.
Adjustable feel, handle and controls
An adjustable damper changes the operating resistance, and the handle provides 64 mm of height adjustment. The unit can be mounted in a forward or reversed orientation to suit cockpit geometry. Two backlit buttons can be assigned to functions such as neutral or reverse and support eight selectable colours. Button mapping and lighting are configured in MOZA Pit House.
Connection and mounting
The SGP can connect directly to a PC using the supplied USB Type-B to Type-A data cable or connect to a supported current MOZA wheelbase with the supplied RJ11 cable. Its official dimensions are 320 × 182 × 52 mm. M6 screws and washers are included for a compatible cockpit or mounting plate. A separate desk-mount solution is required for desktop installation and is not included.
Compatibility
Platform: PC through direct USB connection.
Connection and ecosystem: Direct USB to PC or RJ11 connection to a supported current MOZA wheelbase.
Requirements: A suitable cockpit plate or separate desktop mount is required. Console compatibility is not claimed for the shifter as a standalone product.

Frequently asked questions
Can the SGP connect directly to a PC?
Yes. A USB Type-B to Type-A data cable is included for direct connection to a PC.
Can it connect through a MOZA wheelbase?
Yes, when the supported current MOZA wheelbase has a compatible shifter port. The required RJ11 data cable is included.
Can the shift resistance be adjusted?
Yes. The SGP includes an adjustable damper for changing the operating resistance.
Can the shifter be mounted in reverse orientation?
Yes. MOZA specifies both forward and reverse mounting, and the handle height can be adjusted over a 64 mm range.
Does the package include a desk clamp?
No. M6 mounting hardware is included, but a separate desk-mount solution is required for desktop use.
